Filler Compounds
Filler masterbatch is a mineral (Caco3/Talc) based filler compound used in plastic industries to modify various properties of the base plastic or polymers. These are specially formulated by compounding blended polyolefins with ultrafine calcium carbonate in the compounding extrusion.
Benefits
It improves physical and mechanical properties of the polymer (increase density, rigidity, plasticity, shrinkage decrease, tensile strength, elongation, and impact strength) as well as reduces cost. Works as anti-burn at the die lips at higher loadings. Excellent anti-fibrillation. Enhances anti-slip property.

Production of Raffia woven sacks , Blown film extrusion, injection & blow molding, Non-woven & extrusion coating.
